Fair and transparent subscription refunds.
Effective date: September 2, 2026. This Refund Policy applies to paid CollabLinker subscriptions, including Creator, Agency and Agency Pro plans.
First subscription payment
If you are not satisfied with your first paid CollabLinker subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge. We may ask for basic information needed to identify the transaction and understand the issue. Refund eligibility may be limited where the service has been substantially used, where abuse or fraud is suspected, or where applicable law permits such a limitation.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where there has been a duplicate charge, billing error, or a material service issue that prevented reasonable use of CollabLinker.
Cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already paid. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period.
Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or do not recognize a CollabLinker charge, contact us promptly. We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or correction.
How to request a refund
Submit your request through our Contact page. Include the email address used for the purchase, the subscription plan, the transaction or invoice reference if available, and a short explanation of the request. Do not send full card details or other sensitive payment credentials.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider, card network and financial institution and may take several business days after the refund is issued.
Merchant of Record and payment providers
Some CollabLinker purchases may be processed by an authorized Merchant of Record or payment provider. In those cases, the provider may issue the refund on our behalf and its buyer terms, refund procedures and applicable consumer-protection requirements may also apply.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as CollabLinker, our billing model or applicable requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
