Terms of Service

CollabLinker Terms of Service.

Effective date: September 11, 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of CollabLinker, including creator profiles, campaign briefs and opportunities, creator matching and applications, brand collaboration workflows, social-data connections, subscription features and related services. By creating or using an account, submitting a campaign brief, applying to a campaign, submitting a brand offer or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use CollabLinker

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and, if you use CollabLinker for a company, agency or other organization, have authority to act for it. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining control of your account, email sign-in links and secure collaboration links.

2. What CollabLinker does

CollabLinker provides creator-marketplace and collaboration infrastructure for creators, brands and agencies. Features may include campaign intake, creator discovery and recommendation, campaign applications and shortlisting, public creator profiles, structured offers, negotiation history, content review and approval, publishing records, settlement tracking and subscription access. CollabLinker is not an escrow provider, bank, card processor, talent agent, employment service, legal adviser, tax adviser or arbitrator, and it does not become a party to creator-brand commercial agreements merely because an opportunity, match or workflow is recorded here.

3. Campaign marketplace and applications

A campaign listing or recommendation is an invitation to explore a possible collaboration, not a promise of selection, income, performance or availability. Brands are responsible for campaign accuracy, legality, budget and final creator selection. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, applications, availability and representations. CollabLinker may review, edit, pause, reject or remove campaign listings or applications to protect service quality, prevent abuse or comply with law.

4. Matching, ranking and AI-assisted features

CollabLinker may use structured rules, statistical methods, human review and AI-assisted systems to organize campaign briefs, rank or recommend creators, identify fit signals, summarize information or reduce repetitive workflow. Recommendations are decision-support tools, not guarantees that a creator will perform well or that a campaign will succeed. Brands retain responsibility for creator selection and due diligence, and creators remain free to accept, reject or withdraw from opportunities subject to any separate agreement already made. We may change matching logic as the product evolves.

5. Creator profiles and social data

Creators control whether a CollabLink is published and which supported social connections are displayed. Depending on the platform, metrics may come from an authorized provider connection or a creator-confirmed public profile through a supported public-data integration. CollabLinker labels these connection types separately. Metrics can be delayed, incomplete, estimated, unavailable or changed by the underlying platform or data provider and should not be treated as a guarantee of future performance.

6. Brand offers and secure collaboration links

A brand may submit a campaign brief or, where supported, verify a work email and submit a structured offer without creating a full creator account. A listing, offer or application is not a binding contract by itself. The parties are responsible for determining when their commercial agreement becomes binding and for the accuracy of compensation, deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, exclusivity and other terms. Secure brand links must be treated as confidential and must not be published or intentionally shared with unauthorized people.

7. Creator content, rights and disclosures

Creators retain rights they already hold in their content. Any license, usage right, reposting right, paid-media right, exclusivity or other permission agreed in a collaboration is between the creator and brand. Each party is responsible for ensuring it has the rights it promises and for complying with advertising-disclosure, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, platform, licensing, permit and local legal requirements.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use CollabLinker to impersonate another person or business, submit fake campaigns or fraudulent offers, misrepresent creator metrics, scrape private information, probe or bypass access controls, distribute malware, send abusive or unlawful material, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected security mechanisms, abuse verification or application systems, expose secure collaboration tokens, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights. Automated access is permitted only through interfaces CollabLinker expressly makes available for that purpose.

9. Private commercial information

Creator rate cards, valuation factors and creator-only commercial information are private workspace information unless the creator intentionally shares them through a campaign application or other supported workflow. Public visitors receive only information intentionally published for them. Attempting to obtain, infer or extract private creator commercial data through abuse of the service is prohibited.

10. Subscriptions, marketplace access and taxes

Free and paid plan features and limits are described on the Pricing page. During the founding launch, creator marketplace browsing and campaign applications may be offered on the Free plan, while paid plans provide optional business tools and higher limits. Paid subscription status does not by itself guarantee campaign priority or selection. Paid plans renew automatically at the billing interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Paddle may act as Merchant of Record for CollabLinker subscription purchases, process payment details, issue receipts and calculate or remit applicable taxes according to the buyer location and its legal obligations. Creator compensation for a campaign is separate from CollabLinker subscription pricing unless a future feature expressly states otherwise.

11. Cancellation, failed payments and refunds

You may cancel an eligible paid subscription from the billing area. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation schedules the subscription to stop at the end of the current paid period and paid access continues until then. Failed or past-due payments may result in a grace period, restricted features or reversion to Free. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle buyer procedures where applicable, and mandatory consumer rights.

12. Settlement tracking is not payment custody

When a creator or brand marks a collaboration as payment requested, sent or received, CollabLinker records that workflow state. Unless a future product explicitly states otherwise, CollabLinker does not hold the collaboration payment, guarantee collection, verify a bank transfer, insure a debt or take responsibility for a party's failure to pay.

13. Third-party services

CollabLinker relies on third parties such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, billing, social platforms, analytics and public-data providers. AI-assisted functionality may also use model or AI infrastructure providers when enabled. Their services and policies may change, become unavailable or impose additional requirements. We may modify, suspend or replace an integration when needed for security, compliance, reliability, quality or provider-policy reasons.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access, campaign visibility, applications or other features when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law or provider requirements, respond to payment problems, or protect service security. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests are handled under our Data Deletion instructions, subject to records we must reasonably retain.

15. CollabLinker intellectual property

CollabLinker software, product design, branding, matching systems and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of CollabLinker technology or branding.

16. Service availability and disclaimers

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a minimum number of campaigns, applicants or matches, creator selection, campaign results, income, conversion, reach, engagement, or that every provider metric, notification, recommendation or third-party integration will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis and implied warranties are excluded where legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollabLinker and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or losses caused by a creator, brand, campaign, social platform, recommendation or other third party. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the paid service will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for CollabLinker during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law. This limitation does not apply where law prohibits it.

18. Consumer rights and disputes

Mandatory consumer-protection, cancellation, refund and jurisdiction rights in your country or region are not waived by these Terms. Before starting a formal dispute, please submit a request through our Contact page so we can try to resolve the issue. Applicable governing law and competent forum remain subject to mandatory law and the legal operator information associated with the relevant service or billing record.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the marketplace, AI-assisted functionality, providers, billing model or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel when required.

20. Contact

Product, campaign, billing, legal, privacy and account requests can be submitted through the CollabLinker Contact page. Do not submit passwords, social access tokens or full payment-card information.
