Request deletion of your CollabLinker data.
CollabLinker can connect supported social platforms through provider-authorized access where available, or through creator-confirmed public-profile data. You can disconnect a social provider at any time and can request deletion of provider-derived data or your CollabLinker account using the process below.
Facebook / Meta data
To stop future Facebook synchronization, sign in to CollabLinker, open Media Kit & Socials, locate the Facebook connection and choose Disconnect. If the connection used OAuth, stored access credentials are removed from the active connection. Public-profile connections do not require your Facebook password.
To request deletion of Facebook-derived data, open the Contact page, choose Data deletion request, use the email associated with your CollabLinker account, and include your CollabLink handle and connected Facebook Page name if available. Do not submit a password, access token or other login credential.
After ownership is verified, CollabLinker will remove the requested Facebook connection data, stored OAuth credentials where applicable, and provider-derived metrics associated with the requested connection, except limited records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations or dispute handling.
Full CollabLinker account deletion
Open the Contact page, choose Data deletion request, and submit the request using the registered account email and CollabLink handle. We may require additional account-control verification before completing deletion.
Account deletion removes or anonymizes personal data that is no longer required to provide the service. Certain collaboration, billing, audit and security records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes.
Removing CollabLinker from Meta
If you authorized CollabLinker through Meta, you can also revoke that authorization from Facebook or Meta account settings. Revoking authorization prevents future OAuth API access but does not automatically delete unrelated CollabLinker collaboration or billing records. Submit a deletion request when stored CollabLinker data should also be removed.

The secure support form returns a reference number after submission so the deletion or privacy request can be tracked without publishing a personal support mailbox.
